The Kamsi House began as the unfinished vacation house of Prosper Tietcheu, abandoned for more than 30 years after his death. In January 2023, his family decided to finish the construction, and the idea of turning it into an orphanage was born during the work.
Today the house is designed to welcome 16 children. It offers bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a classroom space and a yard where the children play and learn to garden. Our staff provide daily care, meals, help with schoolwork and emotional support.
Your donations cover the daily running of the house: food, school fees, health care, clothing, and the maintenance of the building.
